Program Fee Varies Program fees for in-country au pairs are billed at $854 per month (or a portion thereof) for the time remaining on the au pair's visa. Payment is due in full upon matching.

And either or both of the following:

  • Professional Experience — Minimum two years of full-time professional childcare experience as teachers, nannies, daycare workers, camp counselors, or similar hands-on roles demonstrating reliability, maturity, and a deep commitment to children.
  • Educational Foundation — An au pair with a two-year degree or certificate in a childcare-related field such as child development, early childhood education, or teaching — bringing both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of early learning, behavior, and child safety.
