His primary focus has been in the technology and marketing services industries with high growth business models. He has significant experience in the areas of strategy, technology, marketing and operational management.

EVP / Co-founder
Jamie's primary focus centers around customer satisfaction. She ensures consistent communication between all departments and helps to ensure that the values and vision of GreatAuPair are woven into the fabric of all we do.
In 2001, Jamie and her husband created GreatAuPair out of a personal need for affordable, high-quality childcare. What she didn't expect was the fulfillment this business endeavor would bring to her life.
Diane DuToit
Vice President Program Operations
Diane DuToit is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience managing successful au pair programs. Diane is passionate about promoting cross-cultural exchange opportunities and has extensive experience leading teams to expand programs and deliver service excellence.
Diane has personally coached hundreds of host families and au pairs and knows first-hand the importance of preparation and building strong relationships. She values being part of a collaborative team to bring the life changing benefits of the au pair program to as many children, families, and au pairs as possible.
