Your au pair's arrival day is just around the corner! We schedule arrivals Tuesday through Thursday so your family can settle in together before the weekend begins. Soon you'll have even more time for what matters most in your family's life.

Arrivals Made Simple

Usually, in less than four weeks of confirming your au pair match, you may select a range of days from Tuesday through Thursday for your au pair's arrival. We'll do our best to book your au pair's flight to arrive as close as possible to your desired arrival date. We request your flexibility due to visa interview schedules and international travel restrictions beyond our control. 

Smart logistics save you money

We value efficiency so we've streamlined our au pair departure and arrival process. Arrivals will be between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM. Please note that GreatAuPair is unable to accommodate specific airline and/or arrival time requests. In the spirit of the program, you are encouraged to take the day to welcome your au pair to the country. All of our au pairs complete their required US Department of State training before they leave their home country, so they bypass the usual east coast training centers and fly direct to your city. This saves you up to $500 in airfare surcharges you would otherwise have to pay.
